Registering a Proposal for a Cochrane Review

If you would like to write a Cochrane review, you will need to register your proposed title.

Before starting, ensure you have read and understood these guidelines. If your proposed review does not duplicate any existing work and you have a team with the required experience in writing systematic reviews, and have a team member who is highly proficient in scientific written English, please complete the Proposal for a New Review form.

All review proposals undergo a strict examination by the Editorial Board of the Stroke Group, so you should be prepared for a delay of several weeks before hearing whether your proposal has been accepted.

As the resources of the Cochrane Stroke Group are limited, acceptance will also depend on the topic being of high priority and of global importance.
